But the FPH Expansion is currently out of print - i.e. we've sold all of our coppies! We may be able to make one more limited run of the expansion. However, if you're thinking of buying the base game and waiting for the expansion, we have good news. The Expanded Edition should be available shortly. Look for us either in the gaming space, stealing tables to show people Galactic Adventures or playing Portable Galactic Empire. Alternatively, we'll be loafing in hospitality. So about a year after we published, a group of guys sat down and did a fairly in-depth look at the basic version of PGE. It's a bit long (over 20 minutes) but worth it, and totally safe for work - assuming your work is ok with you listening to podcasts at work. |

Just a quick reminder that the very first copies of Fate, Politics and Heritage will be available starting Saturday, May 22, 2010. You should be able to get them in the dealers room of the Keycon Science Fiction convention. So what are we working on next? An RPG based in the universe of Galactic Empire. This is not a full blown, old school, many expensive books RPG, though. This is a card based game, in a similar style to PGE. I thought you might like a look at some of the preliminary art:    The basic idea of the game places each player at the helm of a United Earth Protectorates (on of the races introduced by the Fate, Politics and Heritage Expansion for PGE) star ship. You are then tasked to complete missions which award you prestige. Using prestige allows you to upgrade your ship and request better and more qualified crew. The design is still pretty preliminary, but we're very excited to start bringing you news of Portable Galactic Adventures. |
