Rules Update

After a bunch of debate, and some heavy play testing sessions, we've decided to do an official tweak to the rules.  Here's the summary:

-  You can now attack anyone you want so long as you have the resources.  This means you still need to pay the influence cost, and you need to have ships, but monuments are no longer involved.

-  You can win by eliminating a set number of your opponents, depending on how many you started with.

We also took this opportunity to clean up the presentation of the rules.  Look for them to download here.  (Or right down there, too.)

If you already own a game and want a fancy professionally printed copy, let us know and we'll mail one to you.  Least we could do.  On the other hand, if you like the old way, don't let us stop you.  Those are still available on the downloads page, too.
